The fifth and final mindset that prevents creativity! It’s a big one. The mindset that our art requires perfection.

This is all about the mindset of “cheating” when using photos or Photoshop for visual artists.

Are you going for average? Of course not!. We all have the ability to make ourselves average or into a warrior. Which will you choose?

Seeking order in my environment is like burning sage to banish Resistance and invite the Muse. Or Flow. Whatever you want to call it.

The best way to improve anything is to measure it. If you want more art time, measure how much time you spend and on what.

Once you figure out what it is you want to accomplish or the practice you want to establish, set yourself on a path of constant improvement in those few, essential areas.

When we create the space for daily practice we invite Inspiration to come in and change our lives forever.

Prioritization is great — and necessary — but if you have your priorities figured out and you STILL can’t fit them all into your life, then it’s time to make your big rocks a little bit smaller and easier to handle. Be effective, do the essential, make it effortless.

To feel accomplished with every art session you have, even if you don’t have enough time, there are three easy steps.
